I recently stayed at Nh Collection Milano President for my first visit to this city. The hotel's location is perfect, with the metro station and the Duomo within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the doorman to the reception team, restaurant team, and housekeeping team. They provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including vegan and gluten-free choices. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient airport car service. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a 24-hour flight from Australia and arrived at 8.00am. Zoe, the receptionist at Nh Collection, was extremely helpful and allowed us early entry into our room with a great view. She also explained how to include breakfast. the hotel's restaurant served outstanding meals, comparable to any starred ones. the entire staff was excellent, always ready to assist.
